DESA Systems LTD was established 22 years ago, with 5 staff, to provide precision machined components primarily to the Oil & Gas industry.

Today, the company has an enviable reputation for quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery. With highly skilled and dedicated staff, DESA Systems manufacture a wide range of components for several different industry sectors and have established an enviable reputation for quality and service to a number of blue-chip companies.

The company has invested heavily in the latest equipment to provide high precision components. We are able to supply variable batch quantities ranging from 1 off upwards.

Our machining expertise covers non-ferrous metals, plastics and stainless steel. Also, we have extensive experience using exotic materials such Duplex, Nickel Alloys (Monel 400, K500, 625, 718, 725, Hastelloy, etc.) and Titanium.
We also specialise in machining hard face products including both Stellite and Colmonoy 5 Alloy.

Quality & Scheduling

Everyone at Desa Systems is responsible for quality, from receipt of an order to the delivery of parts and services to our customers. To cope with increasing drawing specifications (in particular GDT), all outgoing goods are inspected using both traditional measuring techniques and CMM. The CMM measurement volume is 1000 x 900 x 600, suitable for most requirements and is located in a temperature monitored measurement room.

As the business has grown, so has the volume and complexity of products being processed.

To improve our management of this complexity, ensuring 100% on-time delivery to our customers, we have invested heavily an ERP/ Scheduling system.

Also introduced was a shop floor data collection system (using barcodes). All internal processes are clocked on/ off using this system and this updates the scheduler in real time and provides accurate cost information.
